Hunting with strangers troubles me. I despise hunting with newbies unless I have some control over them, i.e., they trust in my threats that safety and game management rules will be followed. The problem is you never know how some inexperienced woodsman is going to act or when they may choose to pull the trigger out of pure excitement. If you allow others to use your property to hunt, for deer camp, fish or whatever you need to protect yourself from liability. A limited liability company is money well spent.
